Trainobment is training over job placement. This is solely conducted by ENORMAYU an E-Learning platform. This is specialized in placement and profile branding, live mentorship.

Enormayu launched Trainobment concept which helps students to find a way to stay productiove and extends support in completing various Projects and internship by providing opportunity to work along with top MNC’s .

·         Being a part of this program we learned practical’s in aptitude sessions, and in each modules extra work was also added so that students get encouraged and get motivated.

 

UNIQUE CONCEPT

To mention here only one out of 100s of internship providers will allot stipend facility. And with a smirk on my face I say we had this one wonderful opportunity. This was made in a very much interesting manner. The team made assignments & stipends allocated to each assignment.

HIGHLIGHTS OF TRAINOBMENT PROGRAM:

FIRST SESSION

Describing the journey I can go with first session where I can say I felt soft push towards the journey. Sometimes this happens that trainers leave the basic parts assuming students know them. Here there was no such mistake.

          In first session we had covered mere basics. To mention! About time management & stress management. Memorable part is remembering concepts of life struggle faced by Mr. Bean (Rowan Sebastian Atkinson). Not only mine but also favourite character of lots of people. 


We were having webinar & chatbox was filled with smilies & many replies. Perfectly describing good session at first day itself.

DAILY ROUTINE CHALLENGE

          Going further at day one we had daily routine challenge. Where we were said to wake up early in the morning i.e., before 8AM & take picture & then post it in social media( Facebook page ) of team.


       " Waking up early is boring! you know". Covid outbreak gave me lots of laziness & this was something I wanted t get rid of. So I used this opportunity for my benefit and did workout at home. " yeah it feels awesome" ! - my reaction after doing workout.

GIVING FEEDBACK

After session ended we had to give feedback about session. Usually some are shy & they don't like to reply. And same thing happened here....!!!

Na Na I am joking.

We had good batch indeed. Nearly every individual gave replies. This simply shows interest towards the session and also the way sessions are going like interactive, energetic, motivating etc. Giving feedbacks were fun activity was what I felt after every class.

 

RESUME BUILDING


Then in upcoming classes we had to do resumes. Omg! I never did one before. I had in mind that what am I going to write in my resume. But the instructor knew some of us may know how to do resume. What about rest who doesn’t know.? some of students may have the network issue..!!! So she after explaining in one class in webinar, contacted students through a group in whatsapp. And students with issues/problems were mailed the recordings of the session.

 

THE SWOT ANALYSIS

Before Resume building one important topic was done. The SWOT analysis


What it stands for is described in figure. This SWOT analysis helps examine the positive and negative attributes within a single analysis, determining how best to compete in the market at large. This is a kind of strategic plan to meet goals. The best strategic fits are when internal environment (strengths and weaknesses) aligns with the external environment (opportunities and threats).

 

VIDEO RESUME

Later on we had to build video resume.

Video resume means a way for job seekers to showcase their abilities beyond the capabilities of a traditional paper resume.

 

·         What exactly to do now in video resume.?

·         How to do it?  

Several questions arrived for first. Quite similarly with time and session I got exact picture about what to do. 

            This had gone in two ways, one to make animated video resume or to do video resume with actual speak. We had given access for toonly by ENORMAYU, and many of us did good use of it. Not only by providing material here, despite video lecture of what topics covered in sessions were provided. Students were equally encouraged here.


WEBSITE BUILDING 


Coming to website building, one thing I guess we all had in mind - Why is a website needed?

Some how found answer though and it is : “Having a personnel website is a Morden way to influence people. These would add good value. And henceforth build the Network.”

Team guided us & made us build our own website. 

Actual part of fun was, building our own site personally! It felt like somewhere an inner voice telling " I'm going to have my website now, yes I'm going in the right path towards successful career path."

Simple statement for website building can be said as “Website promote you 24/7: No employee will do that”.....

 

APTITUDE SESSION 


 We were getting career ready, and It is equally important that we must be ready with the procedure that takes place to get inside industry also. So why we had Aptitude session, session about hiring manager & dealing with levels of manager. 

        An aptitude test is an important part of screening process for potential employers and nobody wants it to be a surprise when you take a test for job opening. By staying up to date with aptitude tests, knowing the strengths and weaknesses, and be able to score well will be a easy step ahead for dream job to come true.


PSYCLOGY OF HIRING MANAGER


From start to finish, hiring is a confidence game.

Any recruiter or hiring manager knows there’s more to interviewing a candidate than merely asking questions. Companies with well developed recruiting departments view their hiring formulas as art forms, and smaller organizations strive toward such tight hiring games.

The secret to modern hiring isn’t just finding candidates with the desired experience. You need to use science and psychology to hire, or dismiss, interviewees, maybe without even knowing it.

From the perspective of a hiring manager what a candidate should:

·         Relax with confidence, not to crack or freeze under pressure.

·         Allow for humour, which goes a long way in creating positive experiences and demonstrating affinity with interviewers.

·         Show personality.

·         Pay attention to every first impression and interaction along the way, no matter how small.

 

TEAM WORK


All these sessions we had,( mentioning we comes to all the participants ) we were all divided into teams( 3-4 MEMBERS). Teams which names were represented by different places in the PUBG game. And my team name was Old church (pochinki). Team leadership was distributed among all, to say one leader would have tenure for 1 week. Week after week team leaders changed. Giving the best out of them. 

 

·         Competitive environment was encouraged by every teams.

·         Working in groups helped build trust among each others.

·         Collaboration skills was visible throughout the team work

·         Leadership methodology was encouraged in every individual of team.

 

GUEST SESSION


Sometimes there requires something extra, so this extra may be anything. Just the point is extra things always saves us before anything undoing is done. Experience is the extra here. Team enormayu provided this extra thing by calling in Sir Muralidharan R Nair as oir guest lecturer. We were inspired with his talk of experience he had, and he made us clear of the visions we should have. Sharing his life story was even very much exciting to listen. Hopefully we may have some situations as same, thought how should we have attitude towards them matters. Sir brought the importance of learning and educating.

OVERALL OUTCOME OF THE PROGRAM


In personnel I leaent lot more things more than enough to make me perfect. Every sessions conducted had different concepts covered, which I feel I became thorough not only by attending sessions, but also by compatibly completing my assignments. Mentioned below are some important concepts I learnt through ENORMAYU:

1. Time and stress management.

2. Resume building

3. Website building 

4. Blogging

5. Team work skills etc.


FEEDBACK AND PERSONAL MESSAGE


Very first I like to appreciate team for conducting such program. During this current pandemic hit all over the nation. Time utilization was main issue, and lending my time to learn through this program is my best suited work. From very early stages to the last times, no little decrease in the response from the team when assisting for help is seen. Many more matters were discussed about the way we should do our works. 

Team literally shown equality amongst every individual participant. Sessions apart proper guidance for doing assignments were separately made available for students through google doc. 


I whole heartedly thank team ENORMOYU for taking such interest and doing this program. Wonderfully explained the concepts that a fresher require the most. Hope this criteria continues throughout the future, and helps the upcoming budding fresher's achieve their goals,by pushing from very basic aspects to the very needy aspects to get gain over their ability.
